Every interaction was great. Brooklyn took my call and handled all my questions. She booked an appointment easily, quickly, and with precision. She was very transparent and detail oriented.

Christian (our tech that showed up) was so rad. He’s been at his craft for over 10 years and it definitely showed. He allowed me to pick his brain with questions while he worked. The job merited a quick turn around but regardless, Christian was fast, precise, kind, and courteous. Our AC was fixed in fast, the pricing was fully transparent, and Christian gave his professional opinion and commentary on the matter.

I highly suggest One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. Keep in mind they were the only ones not to charge me the egregious surge charge for a weekend (Sunday) and the day before a holiday (Labor day). That alone should get your business

My AC had issues about a month ago. I called One Stop and asked them to help me and to send an experienced tech and not to send one without much experience. The one they sent had years of experience and knew what he was doing. I stayed with him for the entire time of the repair and he had no problems answering my questions and volunteering additional knowledge.

He asked me to leave a review but I said I wanted to wait to insure the repair was good. So far it's working great.
