Emergency Service

Our 24/7 emergency service is subject to technician availability. Response times are estimates and may be affected by weather, call volume, and travel distance.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details and property information.
Ensure that a responsible adult (18 or older) is present at the property during the visit.
Provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and work area.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment

Estimates and Pricing

Prices, promotions, and estimates on the Website or given by phone are subject to change and are not final until confirmed in a written estimate, quote, or invoice. The final price depends on the actual conditions found on site, the work performed, and the equipment and materials used. Any diagnostic or service call fee will be disclosed to you before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless your estimate or signed agreement says otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown on our Website. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs, to the extent allowed by law.

6. Promotions and Specials

Offers listed on our Specials page, such as “Free Diagnostic With Any Repair,” are subject to the following unless stated otherwise:

Offers are valid for a limited time and for new or eligible customers only, as stated in the offer.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so.
Offers have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Offers apply only to services performed in our service area.

7. Financing

We may offer financing through third-party lenders, including Service Finance Company, LLC. Financing is subject to credit approval and is governed by the lender’s own terms and conditions. One Stop is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Any information you submit in a financing application is handled by the lender under its own privacy policy. Please review the lender’s terms carefully before accepting any financing offer.

Membership Benefits

Benefits, pricing, and included services are as described on the Membership page or in your signed membership agreement.

Billing and Cancellation

Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms for your plan are provided when you enroll and are set out in your membership agreement. Please review them before signing up.

Limitations

Memberships are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Membership does not cover repairs, parts, or replacement of equipment unless expressly stated.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a customer satisfaction guarantee. Specific terms, including the length and scope of any labor warranty, are stated in your invoice or service agreement.

Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, including registration requirements.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, power surges, or events outside our control (such as storms or fire).

10. Indoor Air Quality Products Disclaimer

Indoor air quality products (such as air cleaners, UV lights, humidifiers, and filtration systems) are designed to help improve indoor air conditions. We do not guarantee the elimination of allergens, viruses, bacteria, odors, or other contaminants, and results depend on many factors, including the home, the equipment, and how it is used and maintained.
